Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Kiarra - also known as Ki. I’m the founder and lead strategist behind Ki Strategy & Co., where I partner with creatives, founders, and small teams to bring structure to big ideas.

I’ve spent over a decade working at the intersection of creativity, logistics, and execution - supporting high-profile teams at companies like Showtime, Paramount+, ChowNow, and BET. From Emmy campaigns and red carpet premieres to digital operations and brand activations, I’ve thrived in spaces where the work is fast-moving, high-stakes, and detail-driven.

Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats: operations coordinator, campaign strategist, admin lead, vendor liaison, you name it. Whether I was coordinating national restaurant rollouts at ChowNow, producing live events at Blavity, or managing award budgets and internal workflows for major entertainment networks, one thing has remained true: I know how to keep things moving, clean, and on track.
